Michelle Clarke (at left) continues her dream season, running toward a HUGE Marathon Personal Best at the 2011 Waterfront Marathon, placing 3rd Canadian woman in a time of 2:57!

May 17/11 - Despite wet and windy weather, our intrepid MDI foot soldiers displayed great mettle and racing savvy, overcoming the conditions to achieve many personal bests, Boston Qualifiers, top placings and inspiring personal victories.  What a truly remarkable race weekend--perhaps our best ever!  As such, we give you the...

After a few rough seasons--redemption!

 

Coach Kev hammers to the finish line of the Mississauga Half in 1:14, his best half marathon results in almost 12 years--whoo hoo!  Good enough for 4th overall, top master, and top Mississaugan--and apparently the fastest Ontario Masters Half Marathon time run this season (according to www.roadraceresults.com rankings)

Apr. 17/11 - The "perfect storm" of great conditions (cool, solid tailwind) made for smooth sailing for our crew (and a lot of very fast runners up front too--the fastest marathon time EVER IN HISTORY was run, by Geoffrey Mutai of Kenya - 2:03:02!), so without further ado...
